The Project is being developed pursuant to the revised building plan vide Letter No. CA/BP/88/1A Lady Hardinge Road/D-3272-3277 dated 17/11/2025 granted by Department of Architecture & Environs, New Delhi Municipal Council, New Delhi and revalidated layout map/plan duly approved vide Building Scheme No. NDMC/BP/0109/2026 (Application dated 28.10.2024) approved on 17/11/2025 by New Delhi Municipal Council for the Project and any further revisions and renewals in future.
